Today i established Public Speaking Class for committee..
7 students had been chosen... why only seven?

Because i like to do a very focus system here..
i will try to understand this 7 person... i am going to learn what is their positive and negative side.
i wish for this 6 meeting they ready to do speech in front..so do i.. i wish i also can improve myself from what i learn from them..
i like to do it Fast, and accurate..that's why i need a SERIOUS student here to walk with me...
there is no time to be wasted..this is the time all of us standing outside and change the world..
i will train them as strong as i can...that's why i ask them to change as fast as they can..

Tonight class i was so surprised..
all the committee talk fluently and longer than what i though before..
its beyond my imagination...Good Job guys!

what i comment today base on the topic that they brought  , which should be focus and serious

- From the way he talk, audience know that he already do observation and concern for his responsible
- He perform calmly
- Good in Formal and serious report

- Expression, question and body language to "Make Sure" audience to understand what he speak is lack
- not enough Friendly

Positive
-Have a confidence ( improve )
-Enjoy talking
-Good in Formal and serious report

- attract audience by asking question ( improve )


- Self Confidence
- tell audience that this is the first time do speech and nervous
- weird action when do a mistake in front , like shouting "Eh!!" and touch  the head
- appearance,especially hair try not to cover the eye..
- lack in doing deep observation for his job
- eye contact is lack
- Expression,question and body language to "Make Sure" audience to understand what he speak is lack

- adaptasi yang bagus dengan panggung
- Enjoy dalam bicara
- Bagus untuk menjadi pembicara Dharma

-kurang terstruktur dalam menyampaikan topik formal
-kurang ekspresi muka serius sewaktu menyampaikan point point penting.

- Have a knowledge in understanding problem
- expression of seriousness is good
- Understand what she is talking about
- Give a solution when talk about problem
- From the way she talk, audience know that he already do observation and concern for his responsible ( improve )

- Not friendly at all
- Lack of body language
- Talk base on emotion, " what i don't like and what i like "
- Don't read when try to give important quote or solution.
- Remember voice range

this is so far for tonight..i have seen a lot of improvement from this beginner and it surprised me...
there are still a lot of things for us to fix each other..
i write this blog is for that 7 students , i wish they learn from each other by knowing what is positive and what is negative so they can understand more about public speaking quickly..

lets keep the good job ! hoho
